PROMOTIONS RULES:
When joining our crew you are AUTOMATICALLY CABIN PERSON.
To become PIRATE or higher ranked, you need be a subscriber
(puzzle pirate rules). Let us know you are a sub and you will be
promoted.
To be an OFFICER, two options are possible:
a) Owning a boat and have proper training to use it
AND/OR
b) Have satisfying stats in major puzzles and bnav and show your skills in a training.
FLEET OFFICER:
We dont give the fleet officer title easily in K bec her's! To become one, you need to be an active member for at least 2 weeks and satisfy these conditions:
1- owning a boat
2- having a good understanding of the game
3- Respect and promote all rules of conduct as established.
4- Contribute to the crew by being active (examples: run and join pillies, do flotillas, organise special event, contribute to crew funds, assist other members to be better pirates).
5- Maturity and good judgement are mandotary!
6- FO will be promoted crew members who have won and kept their respect and are liked by fellow members.
7- You need to be nominated by a FO/SO to be promoted to FO.
PLEASE NOTE: WE VIEW OUR FLEET OFFICERS AS AMBASSADORS OF THE CREW. THEY ARE TRUSTED AND VALUED, AND THEIR OPINIONS AND INPUT ARE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
SENIOR OFFICER:
Tradition in K bec her's is to use to SO spot as a co-captain position.
We now changed that rule and made SO position available for players that qualify to be assistant to the captain.
Those members need to be:
1- Completely devoted to the crew (members for a VERY long time)
2- Very active in the crew life
3- Experienced
4- Take responsability of at least one aspect of the managing of the crew.
N.B. There's a maximum of 4 senior officer spots. Inactive SO will be replaced.
PS: DON'T ASK TO BE SENIOR OFFICER. IF YOU FIT THE PROFILE AND WE NEED ONE MORE, YOU'LL BE ASKED TO STEP UP.
